GST invoices and UPI payments for your gym
HextaGym records every payment — cash, UPI, card or bank transfer — and issues a numbered invoice with your GSTIN, the right tax split and your branding. Members can also pay online: through your Razorpay or Cashfree account, or by scanning a QR code for your own UPI ID, with the desk confirming the payment.

Ways members can pay
At the desk: cash, UPI, card or bank transfer — the desk just picks the method. Online: through your own payment gateway account (Razorpay or Cashfree), where the money goes straight to your bank, or by UPI to your own UPI ID with a QR code; the member enters the UPI reference and the desk confirms it in one tap.

From 22 September 2025, gym and fitness centre services in India are taxed at 5% GST without input tax credit (it was 18% with ITC before). Set your gym's GST rate once and every invoice uses it. Read our guide on GST for gyms for the details, and confirm your own case with your accountant.
See where the money is
