Renewals that don't slip

The dashboard shows memberships ending this week and members who have already lapsed. Members get reminders before their plan ends — in the app, and on WhatsApp if you turn it on — so renewals happen without the desk chasing anyone.

Members can pay and renew themselves

Every gym gets its own website and member app. Members can see their plan, renew online by UPI or card, and download their receipts — no queue at the desk on the first of the month.

Frequently asked questions

Can I import my existing members?

Yes. Add them one by one at the desk, or send us your list and we'll help you bring it in. Their current plan, end date and dues come with them.

Can a membership be paused?

Yes. Freeze a membership for a number of days (you set how many each plan allows); the end date moves out automatically.

Does it handle part payments?

Yes. Record what the member paid today; the rest shows as dues until it's collected, with reminders if you want them.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan covers one gym with up to 50 active members, forever. Paid plans add more members, branches, WhatsApp messages and features.
