Check-in
QR check-in: members scan, you see who's in
Print your gym's QR code and put it at the entrance. Members scan it with their phone to check in; HextaGym checks their membership is active and records the visit. The desk can also check members in by name. Attendance feeds the Member Health Score, so drops in visits show up early.

How it works
- One QR code per branch — print it, stick it at the entrance
- Members scan it from the gym's app; the visit is recorded with the time
- Expired or frozen memberships are flagged at check-in
- The desk can check anyone in manually
What you learn
Busy hours by day of the week, visits per member, and members whose visits are dropping — the earliest sign that someone is about to leave.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need special hardware?
No. A printed QR code and members' own phones are enough.
What happens if a member's plan has expired?
The check-in is flagged so the desk can talk to them about renewing.
Is QR check-in on the Free plan?
Yes. Plans, payments and QR check-in are part of every plan, including Free.
